Let AI Be Your Guide
The AI Match Summary on the right highlights your search criteria letting you know right away if reviewing the candidate match card in its entirety is worth your time. Using semantic search it highlighting interchangeable terminology finding you skills that might be equal to the one you looked for, for example, project management vs project planning. This gives you a competitive edge helping you find candidates that otherwise you would've missed.
A few things to note about the AI Summary are:
A green check mark: refers to verified skills by an employer. Here a summary will follow those skills in the example below. You can see
Yellow: refers to missing data or other important aspects you should consider
Blue + : bonus skills you may not have considered.

Under each candidate’s, you’ll see a short summary explaining the candidates current role and location.
Likely to Move
Take a look at the likely to move category, which is generated based on industry date as well as data which is specific to the candidate, for example: if the candidate's tend to switch jobs every few years, or if they have been been in a certain role for a long time without a promotion.
Look at Their Career Path
Similar to the LinkedIn experience on the left, you can view the candidate’s work history to understand how they got to where they are today. Here there are a few core capabilities that can save you time when reviewing the candidates profile.
Learn About Past Employers: the pink box next to a company indicates that we have information about that company. Simply click on it to get a summary about where they worked before.
Years of Experience: here you can see the total years of experience and the relevant years of experience which apply to the skills you were looking for, along with their personal tenure, the average amount they've stayed at each job.
Check Their Education
Scroll down to see where the candidate studied — this gives you a better idea of their background.
Skills & Company Experience
Here, you'll be able to see any skills that make the candidate unique as well as the relevant company background and industries they have worked for.
