Step 1: Start Sourcing
Once your Match Cards are ready, you can begin sourcing. This means the system is set to show you potential candidates.

Step 2: Quick Candidate Summaries
Under each candidate’s name, you’ll see a short summary explaining why they match your search — helping you decide faster.

Step 3: See Their Career Path
On the left, you can view the candidate’s work history to understand how they got to where they are today.

Step 4: Learn About Past Employers
Click on any company listed in their profile to get more info about where they worked before.

Step 5: Let AI Be Your Guide
The AI Match Summary on the right highlights important parts of their career so you can make decisions quicker.

Step 6: Spot the Best Matches
Look for green tags — they show you exactly how a candidate fits what you’re looking for.

Step 7: Discover Hidden Talent
Purple keywords are part of a smart AI search that might surface great candidates you hadn’t considered yet.

Step 8: Check Their Education
Scroll down to see where the candidate studied — this gives you a better idea of their background.

Step 9: View More Automatically
New batches of candidates will keep loading as you scroll, so you don’t have to do anything to see more.

Step 10: Tips for Better Results
Keep your criteria flexible. The broader your search at first, the more great candidates you’ll find.

💡 Pro Tip

Start wide, then narrow your search based on who you see. This helps you find the best matches without missing hidden gems.
