How To Handle Candidates With No Emails

Learn the best way to reach out to candidates without emails

Sometimes, email addresses simply are not available. That is a normal part of working with real-world data. In those cases, a candidate’s LinkedIn profile is often the only reliable way to reach them. While these candidates do not go through the standard email outreach flow, you can still contact them efficiently using automated LinkedIn messages, InMail campaigns, or a custom LinkedIn-based campaign. This guide shows how to identify these candidates and reach out without missing strong prospects.

Step 1: Access the Perfect Dashboard and enter the position you want to fill.

Step 2: To ensure you don't overlook candidates without email addresses, click on the "Go Outreach" tab.

Step 3: Navigate to the All Steps tab in your Inbox

Step 4: Email-less Candidates will appear in pink with a "TASK" tag next to them.

Step 5: Candidates with Emails will appear in black

How to Reach Out to Email-Less Candidates:

Step 6: Select the candidate you want to message on the left hand side

Step 7: Copy the automated message that is configured for this step.

Step 8: Click the Go to LinkedIn Profile button

Step 9: Send Messages through LinkedIn.

Step 10: After sending the message, click on "Mark As Sent" to move the candidate to the next step.
