Whether you’re filtering by experience, location, or education, the right keywords make your search faster, smarter, and more accurate. Let’s make searching… perfect! 🚀

1. Skillsets, Industries, and Backgrounds

Best Terms to Use:

  • Should have, Preferred, Experience in, Familiar with, Exposure to, Background in

Example:

“Preferred experience in SaaS or fintech industry”

2. Job Titles

Best Terms to Use:

  • Preferred titles, Alternative titles, Include roles such as, Also consider

Example:

“Also consider titles like Business Development Manager or Sales Executive”

💡 Pro Tip: If you enter a very specific or unusual title, the platform will suggest more common options.

3. How to Make Candidate Qualifications Required/Mandatory

13. Candidate's Time in Current Role

Best Terms to Use:

  • At least X months in current role, Current tenure, Minimum time in role
