How to Connect your ATS - Application Stack

  • Step 1: Click on the setting button in one of your open positions on your homepage

Click here

  • Step 2: Click on Connect ATS

Click 'Connect position to ATS'

  • Step 3: Click here to view more ATS integrations

Click here

  • Step 4: Click on the ATS you are using (in this case ApplicantStack)

Click 'ApplicantStack'

  • Step 5: Confirm you are an Admin

Click 'I am an admin'

  • Step 6: Review your Data Permissions

Click 'Next'

  • Step 7: Enter your subdomain for your ApplicantStack account

Click 'Enter value'

Add your ApplicantStack account's subdomain

Add the subdomain for your ApplicantStack account.

  • For example, if you sign in at "acme.applicantstack.com", add acme.

  • Do not add the full "acme.applicantstack.com"
    ​

  • Step 8: Enter your API Key for your ApplicantStack account

Click 'API key'

Find your API key

  1. Log in to ApplicantStack as an admin for your organization

  2. Click on Update Settings in the right-side panel

  3. In the section API Settings near the bottom of the page, copy and add the API Access Token to the linking modal.
    ​

  • Step 9: After entering your API Key, click 'Next,' and your ATS integration will be complete!
