Users Invite issues - No Subscription Found? Here's How to Fix It

If you’re seeing an error that says “No subscription associated with your account,” it’s usually due to one common issue:

Only Professional Emails Are Allowed

To access the platform, you must sign up with your professional (work) email address.
Here’s what that means:

  • Valid: jane.doe@companyname.com

  • Invalid: jane.doe@gmail.com

  • Invalid: john.smith@outlook.com

Make Sure You’re Inviting the Correct Email

When inviting someone to the platform, be sure to:

  1. Double-check their email address.

  2. Make sure you’re entering a work domain, not a personal one.

  3. Look for company-branded domains (e.g., @startupxyz.com) instead of free ones like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.

Why This Matters

Our platform is designed to work exclusively with professional domain emails.
Personal emails—even if invited—will not be recognized or granted access.
