How to Connect your ATS - ClockWork

  • Step 1: Click on the setting button in one of your open positions on your homepage

Click here

  • Step 2: Click on Connect ATS

Click 'Connect position to ATS'

  • Step 3: Click here to view more ATS integrations

Click 'Continue with'

  • Step 4: Click on the ATS you are using (in this case Clockwork)

Click 'Clockwork'

  • Step 5: Confirm you are an Admin

Click 'I am an admin'

  • Step 6: Review your Data Permissions

Click 'Next'

  • Step 7: Enter your API Key for your Clockwork account

Click 'API key'

Generate an API key

  1. Sign in to Clockwork

  2. Click your name in the upper right to open the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Profile" in the menu

  4. Find the "API Keys" section in "Profile"

  5. Press "Create" in the upper-right

    • If "Create" is not an option, delete an existing key. If you already have a key, and have its Secret Key stored, you can use those for this step and next.

    • Copy and add the API key that appears below

Tip: Don't close the window before the next step! You'll need the Secret Key on this screen

  • Step 8: Enter your Secret Key and Firm Service Key for your Clockwork account

Click 'Firm service key'

Grab your Secret Key and Firm Service Key

  1. Grab your Secret Key from the Create API Key Section

  2. Close the Create API Key popup and then grab your Firm Service Key in the API Keys Section

  • Step 9: Enter your Subdomain for your Clockwork account

Click 'Enter value'

Grab your subdomain and add it to the linking flow

  1. Find your subdomain in the "Clockwork" section on your profile page

Fill '123'

  • Step 10: After entering your subdomain, click 'Next,' and your ATS integration will be complete!
