How to Connect your ATS - UKG Pro Recruiting

  • Step 1: Click on the setting button in one of your open positions on your homepage

Click here

  • Step 2: Click on Connect ATS

Click 'Connect position to ATS'

  • Step 3: Click here to view more ATS integrations

Click here

  • Step 4: Click on the ATS you are using (in this case UK Pro Recruiting)

Click 'UKG Pro Recruiting'

  • Step 5: Confirm you are an Admin

Click 'I am an admin'

  • Step 6: Review your Data Permissions

Click 'Next'

  • Step 7: Enter your web service url

Click 'Enter value'

Finding your UKG Web Service Domain

  1. In your search bar, search for Web Services
    ​

  2. Look at any of the "web service endpoint URLs" and find your subdomain.
    ​
    For example if your URL is, http://Servicet.ultipro.com/services/BIDataService then your subdomain is "Servicet"
    ​

  • Step 8: Select your account type

Click 'ultipro.com (Production)'

  • Step 9: Enter your Pro Recruiting tenant name

Click here

Find your tenant name

Your tenant name can be found in the URL of your UKG Pro Recruiting account. For example, if you log in to UKG Pro Recruiting and your URL looks like:

https://rec-demo-b.ultipro.com/USG1008IT124S/Dashboard

Your tenant name is: USG1008IT124S

  • Step 10: Enter your Pro Recruiting Client ID and secret

Click 'Client secret'

Find your client ID and secret

Your client ID and secret can be found by reaching out directly to UKG Pro. Please reach out to your UKG Pro contact and ask them for your client ID and secret, and let them know they will need to enable the following scopes:

  • recruiting.domain.application-import.create

  • recruiting.domain.application-import.read

  • recruiting.domain.applications.read

  • recruiting.domain.applications.write

  • recruiting.domain.candidate-import.create

  • recruiting.domain.candidate-import.read

  • recruiting.domain.candidates.read

  • recruiting.domain.candidates.write

  • recruiting.domain.configuration.read

  • recruiting.domain.configuration.write

  • recruiting.domain.offers.read

  • recruiting.domain.offers.write

  • recruiting.domain.opportunities.read

  • recruiting.domain.opportunities.write

Enter your information in the linking flow

Once you have your client ID and secret, enter the subdomain, tenant name, client ID and secret on the respective pages in the linking flow. Your UKG Pro Recruiting integration is now complete!

  • Step 11: After entering your API Key, click 'Next,' and your ATS integration will be complete!
