Signature Appears Incorrect in Sent Messages - Gmail

For Gmail Users: If your signature isn’t displaying correctly, ensure you're copying it directly from Gmail’s Settings page—not from a sent email.

  • Step 1: Click the gear icon

  • Step 2: See All Settings

Click 'See all settings'
  • Step 3: Scroll to the Signature section and copy your signature

Click 'Viola Di VeroliProduct Marketing  +1 (801) 415 9429  goperfect.com'
  • Step 4: Copy the signature and paste it into GoPerfect

Click here
  • Step 5: Be sure to click Save in the top right corner
