Signature Appears Incorrect in Sent Messages - Outlook

It’s important to copy your signature from the browser version of Outlook—not the desktop app. This makes a significant difference in formatting.

  • Step 1: Navigate to your inbox by searching for Microsoft 365 and accessing your email from the browser

  • Step 2: From there, go to Settings

Click 'Settings'
  • Step 3: Click on Account and then signature

Click 'signatures-subcategory'
  • Step 4: Copy your signature

Click 'Talent Acquisition'
  • Step 5: Paste it into GoPerfect

Switch to 'demo.goperfect.com'
  • Step 6: Be sure to click Save in the top right corner
