Didn’t receive your verification code?
Here’s what to do:

  • Check your spam or junk folder—sometimes the code lands there.

  • If you still don’t see it, try using the “Forgot Password” option to regain access.

  • If you do not receive the password reset email after selecting “Forgot password,” your IT team may be blocking messages from GoPerfect. Please inform GoPerfect support and ask your internal IT team to allow emails from GoPerfect.
