Autopilot reviews match cards for you in real time. It adapts to your hiring style, it learns your hiring preferences, checks key profile data, and decides to add or skip candidates in front of you. Your pipeline updates in minutes, saving hours of manual review while keeping you in control.
Activating Autopilot
On paid plans, when reviewing candidates in the "Matches" tab, the Autopilot Bar will appear on the top right.
Autopilot becomes available once you add 3 candidates to Outreach ("like" them). As you do, the Autopilot Bar will fill up—when it’s full, Autopilot is ready to use.
Clicking the Autopilot Bar opens a brief introduction, where you can set the number of candidates to add to Outreach automatically, and launch your first session.
Running Autopilot
When you start Autopilot, it will:
Review each match.
Highlight profile details such as the AI Overview and Career Timeline, and Likelihood-to-Move.
Add or skip candidates in front of you, guided by your previous actions—all within seconds.
Controlling a Session
You’re always in control. You can always:
Stop Autopilot anytime with one click.
Restart Autopilot after adjusting your search or adding more candidates.
Viewing Results
While Autopilot runs, a stats bar at the bottom of the screen shows:
The number of candidates added.
The number of candidates skipped.
Estimated time saved.
When does Autopilot stop?
Autopilot will automatically stop in any of the following cases:
Target reached – The set number of candidates has been successfully added to Outreach. You’ll see a summary with:
Total cards reviewed.
Matches added.
Match rate.
Time saved.
Credits exhausted – Your account has run out of available credits.
Errors detected – Either:
A decline in candidate quality, prompting you to review results and refine your search.
A technical error has occurred.
