When you connect with cookies, GoPerfect uses your browser’s existing LinkedIn session instead of your login credentials (which may encounter disruptions when you sign in to LinkedIn elsewhere).
How to Connect Using Cookies
Follow these steps to connect your LinkedIn account through browser cookies:
1. Once connecting your Outreach to your LinkedIn account you'll see a pop up that offers connection methods. Under Choose a method, select Cookies. Leave the rest as is.
2. Open LinkedIn in a new browser tab.
3. Log in to your LinkedIn account.
4. Open your browser’s Developer Console:
On Windows:
Chrome: Press F12 or right click on the mouse->Inspect
On Mac
Chrome: Press ⌘ + ⌥ + I or fn + F12Safari: Press Option + Command + I
5. Go to the Application tab in the console and open the Cookies folder and click on "https://www.linkedin.com".
6. Copy the value of the cookie li_at.
💡 If your account has a Recruiter or Sales Navigator subscription, also copy the value for li_a.
7. Go back to GoPerfect, paste the li_at value in the login area in GoPerfect, then Login.
8. Wait for the confirmation message:

Once your account is connected, you’ll be able to:
Choose LinkedIn Direct Message (DM) or InMail under Messaging Type in your campaigns
Combine LinkedIn messages with email in your outreach flows
