How to use GoPerfect’s Goals feature

The Goals feature turns your hiring target into a simple, predictable, data-backed plan focused on real outcomes. You tell GoPerfect how many interviews you want and by when, and we build a position-specific roadmap that shows exactly how many candidates to review, how much outreach to send, and what to expect at each stage of the funnel. As you move forward, the plan updates in real time based on actual results, so you always know what to do next, whether you’re on track, and how close you are to delivering real hiring ROI.

Step 1: Set Your Goal in Search

The first step happens directly in the search. You start by telling GoPerfect how many people you want to interview and how fast you want to get there.

Step 2: See the Predictable Funnel

Once you finish your search, GoPerfect will generate a predictable funnel that explains how to achieve your goal and how the funnel was calculated.

It shows how your interview target translates into the number of candidates you need to review, how many of them you should add to your outreach, and how many replies are expected in order to reach the number of interviews you want.

This funnel is based on real performance data and adjusts according to the geographical location and the type of position you are hiring for, so the numbers stay realistic and relevant to your market.

Step 3: Track and Adapt Your Plan in the Overview

In each position's Overview tab, you can see at a glance how you are doing against your goal. At the top, your hiring plan shows the goal (for example, 10 interviews in 14 days), GoPerfect's confidence level in achieving it, the deadline, and whether you are on track. Below, each stage of the funnel shows your current numbers compared to the target: candidates reviewed, outreach still needed, expected replies, and interviews booked. It also tells you exactly what is left to do! Such as how many more candidates to message or interviews to book, so you always know how close you are to hitting your goal!

Finally, you will see benchmarks for the role you searched. These include average time to fill, size of the available talent pool, and estimated reply rate. Below that is your actual performance: acceptance rate, meaning how many candidates you liked out of those you reviewed, and reply rate.
