List View: Reviewing Candidates at Speed and Scale

Once you have generated a search and started receiving matches, the system is ready to show you potential candidates and you can begin sourcing. List View is designed to help you review candidates quickly and confidently, even when working with high volumes.

In this article, we’ll walk through how to use the View List, explain what each view represents, and share best practices for moving candidates through Review, Added to Outreach, and Skipped without losing control or context.

List View is designed for speed, scale, and visibility.

You can review 100 or more candidates at once, ranked by match quality. You can bulk approve or bulk reject candidates in seconds. Candidates can be moved freely between states including Review, Added to Outreach, and Skipped. You always have full visibility into Skipped candidates, one of our most requested features. Real‑time stats update across All, Review, Added to Outreach, and Skipped. You can also open

full candidate details and return to the exact same place in the list.

Review list is your starting point!

This view shows new candidates that haven’t been actioned yet. Candidates are ranked by match quality so you can focus on the strongest ones first.

Use this view to quickly work through large volumes of new candidates, approve candidates you want to move forward with, or skip candidates that are not a fit.

In this view, you can see each candidate’s name, title, current company name, location, match score, likelihood to move and link to their LinkedIn. You can also see a short, focused summary that highlights the specific things we’re looking for and how this candidate matches them!

you can click on any candidate in order to open their match card and view more information. With a simple click on the side, the match card closes and you can continue reviewing the list.

Once you hover over a candidate, you'll see the option to either add them to outreach or to skip.

You can also multi-select several candidates and add them to Outreach.

Regularly clearing this list keeps your pipeline moving!

Added to Outreach, also referred to as Liked, includes candidates you have approved and chosen to move forward with.

You can still click onto any of those candidates to review their match card once again. We will see these candidates be marked as approved.

For each candidate, you are able to either move them back to review or move them to the skip list.

Here as well, you have the option to multi-select.

Skipped please is where you can see all the candidates you skipped.

From here, you have the option to move candidates back to Review.

Skipped is no longer a dead end. It is a reversible decision!

All Candidates gives you a complete, real‑time view of your entire candidate pool across all states.

You can also see for each candidate their status- If they need to be reviewed, If they were approved or skipped.
