Overview
We now automatically detect when a candidate has already been engaged for another position within your account in the last 6 months. This helps prevent duplicate outreach and ensures a better candidate experience.
By flagging prior engagement, the system helps you:
Avoid duplicate messaging
Maintain a positive candidate experience
Stay organized across multiple searches and campaigns
How it works:
The system checks if a candidate has been interacted with in another position within the last 6 months
If a match is found, a warning will appear directly in the platform
Warnings are visible on:
Two warning levels:
🟡 Yellow warning (liked only): Candidate was added to another position but was never messaged. The campaign will continue automatically without interruption.
🔴 Red warning (liked + messaged): Candidate has already received outreach for another position. The campaign is blocked until you take action.
Best Practice
Review warnings before launching or continuing outreach. If a candidate has already been contacted, consider consolidating communication or prioritizing the most relevant role to avoid confusion.
