Agent Memory

Perfect now remembers your team, stack, and hiring patterns — so every search starts with context, not a blank slate.

Written by Hadar Kreiter

Perfect now remembers. The agent has a persistent memory layer it can pull from at any point during a search — so you stop re-explaining your team, your stack, and your hiring patterns every single time you open a new role.

Every search now starts with context, which means fewer clarifying questions, sharper defaults, and matches that feel tuned to your team from message one.

How It Works

  • Open Settings → Memory to see everything the agent knows about you and your team.

  • Add anything you want the agent to remember — locations, tech stack, hiring patterns, CRM preferences, ICP details, anything.

  • The agent pulls from memory automatically when it's relevant to the search you're running.

You can edit or wipe memory anytime from Settings!

Two Levels of Memory

Memory works at two levels so the right facts live in the right place:

  • Team-wide — shared across everyone in the account. Best for facts that apply to your whole company, like locations, tech stack, ICP, and hiring patterns.

  • Personal — just for you. Best for individual preferences, like your default outreach tone, the roles you typically own, or how you like to work with the agent.

Proactive Memory Updates

You don't have to remember to update memory yourself. The agent listens for new facts as you chat and suggests updates inline.

For example, if you mention that the office moved from Tel Aviv to Seattle, the agent surfaces a "Memory update suggested" card with a one-click Quick approve.
