Invite Hiring Managers to review and approve candidates directly in GoPerfect

Hiring is a team effort. With Hiring Manager Collaboration, recruiters can now invite Hiring Managers directly into GoPerfect to review and approve candidates. Each person gets a role-specific experience designed for exactly what they need to do.

Recruiters handle sourcing, search criteria, and outreach. Hiring Managers focus on what they do best: judging candidate fit. No more back-and-forth over Slack or email. Decisions happen right where the candidates live.

How It Works

Step 1: Open any position and go to the Overview screen. You will see a Collaboration Not Active banner with an Activate button.

Step 2: Click Activate. You will be prompted to invite a Hiring Manager and assign them to this position.

Step 3: Once invited, the Hiring Manager logs in to their own dedicated experience. They only see positions where they have been assigned.

Step 4: Inside a position, the Hiring Manager gets a streamlined Match Card view built for fast left and right swipes on shortlisted candidates.

Step 5: Their approvals flow back to you as the recruiter. From there, you can move qualified candidates into outreach.

FAQs

Can I assign the same Hiring Manager to multiple positions?

Yes. Hiring Managers will see all positions they have been assigned to when they log in.

Can the Hiring Manager see my search settings or outreach campaigns?

No. Hiring Managers only see the candidates you have shortlisted for their review. They do not have access to search criteria, outreach pipelines, or other positions.

What happens after the Hiring Manager approves a candidate?

Their approval appears on your side as the recruiter. You can then decide to move the candidate into outreach or take any other action.

Does the Hiring Manager need a separate GoPerfect account?

They will need to log in to GoPerfect, but their experience is scoped to their Hiring Manager role. They will not see the full recruiter interface.
