With Outreach Analytics, you can see exactly how your outreach is performing across Email and LinkedIn — all in one place, across every position. Instead of checking metrics role by role, you now get a full account-level view: volume, delivery, opens, replies, positive replies, and bounces, with the ability to filter, compare, and drill down in seconds.

How It Works

Step 1: Open the user menu in the top-right corner of your screen and click Outreach Analytics.

Step 2: Choose a time window — This week, Last week, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or a custom date range.

Step 3: Use the dropdowns to filter by sender, position, or channel (Email / LinkedIn).

Step 4: Review the 6 KPI cards. Each shows the current value, the change vs. the previous period, and the Email vs. LinkedIn split.

Step 5: Click any KPI card to open a drill-down view — the metric broken down by top positions with raw numbers behind every percentage.

Step 6: Scroll down for the Daily volume chart and the breakdown tables by position, sender, and channel.

  • Track trends over time by switching between time windows

  • Monitor deliverability — bounce rate and delivery rate — without leaving the page

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I filter by a specific team member?

Yes — use the Sender dropdown to filter data for any individual on your team.

What does the delta on each KPI card mean?

It shows the change vs. the equivalent previous period. Viewing "Last 30 days"

compares to the 30 days before that.

Can I see data for a specific position only?

Yes — use the Position dropdown to filter the entire dashboard to a single role.

Where can I see daily sending trends?

The Daily volume chart appears when you scroll down past the KPI cards.
