Autopilot reviews your match cards for you, based on the search and all the filters and criteria you set up with the agent. Once you're happy with the results your search is returning, you can let Autopilot keep going the same way, adding or skipping candidates automatically while your pipeline fills in minutes instead of hours.
How to turn it on
Run your search and review matches until you're happy with the quality.
Add 3 candidates to Outreach (like them). After 3, Autopilot becomes available. It will either pop up for you, or you can activate it any time from the Autopilot icon at the top right of the Matches tab.
When you activate it, you'll be asked how many candidates you want Autopilot to move to Outreach. Set the number and launch.
While it runs
Autopilot reviews each match and surfaces the key profile details, then adds or skips each candidate against your search criteria. A stats bar shows how many were added, how many skipped, and the time you saved.
You stay in control
Everything Autopilot does stays visible. At any time you can see the candidates it moved to Outreach and those that were skipped, and change any of those decisions yourself. You can stop it with one click, and restart after you adjust your search or add more candidates. It also stops on its own once it hits your target, if credits run out, or if match quality drops.
