The Home Page

Learn what you see on the Perfect Home page, how to move around with the side navigation, and how assigning teammates decides which positions show up in "My positions".

Written by Hadar Kreiter

Home is your control center in Perfect. It shows what needs your attention, what is off track, and how your work is going.

What's on the Home page

The Home page has 3 parts, from top to bottom.

1. Issues. Things that need your attention or look off track appear at the top, so you see them first.

2. Metrics. Your metrics sit next to the issues, so you can tell if you are on track.

3. Positions. Below that is the list of your positions, split into 2 groups:

• My positions: the positions you are attached to.

• Other positions: all the rest.

Getting around with the SideNav

The SideNav is the navigation bar on the left side of Perfect. It stays with you on every screen, so you never lose your place.

• Your positions are listed in the SideNav. Click one to switch to it right away.

• The main screens are in the same place, so any screen is 1 click away.

The SideNav on the left lists your positions and the main screens.

Step 1. Look at the SideNav on the left side of the screen.

Step 2. Click a position name to switch to that position.

Step 3. Click a main screen name to jump to that screen.

Assigning teammates from the sidebar

You can assign teammates to any position right from the sidebar. There is an "Assign teammates" option on every position row.

Step 1. In the sidebar, find the position you want.

Step 2. Click the 3 dots on that position row.

Click the 3 dots on a position, then choose "Assign teammates".

Step 3. Click "Assign teammates".

Step 4. You see everyone already assigned to the position, both recruiters and hiring managers. Add anyone who is missing.

The window lists everyone assigned, and you can add more people.

Why assignment matters. Home filters positions by assignment. A position shows under "My positions" only if you are assigned to it. A position also reaches your "Waiting on you" list only if you are assigned to it. If a position is missing from your list, ask a teammate to assign you to it.
