The Likelihood to Leave
There are many reasons talents decide to leave a workplace; some personal, some professional, and some are in-between.
After scanning and studying data from over 160,000,000 US-based talents, we found many common behaviors that enable Perfect to predict when the likelihood of someone leaving their company will be at its highest.
Some indications that go into the Likelihood to Leave algorithms are:
The talent's current company is reducing its workforce
With every company that's laying off employees and reducing its workforce, there are those who stay - but even then, they might still be looking for a more stable workplace or worry they might be next.
The talent exceeded their average personal tenure
As we're creatures of behavior, a talent could maintain a similar tenure in every company; once they exceed the usual time they're in a role, it might be a good indication that they're ready for their next place.
The talent is approaching the average tenure in their role at their company
This indication relates to Perfect's data on the talent's company and similar, analyzing the average and median tenures for similar roles - and when it's approaching, identifies it as a strong indication for bumping up the likelihood to leave.
The Likelihood to Leave is only one part of the equation; eventually, a talent will also be more or less likely, depending on you - the hiring company. π
